Returns Policy for Personalised Items and Wear and Tear (UK)


Delilah Designs is a small business that strives to provide high-quality products and excellent customer service. Please read the following returns policy carefully regarding personalised items and wear and tear.


1. Personalised Items:

As personalised items are made to order, I am unable to accept returns or offer refunds for products that have been customised with personal details (e.g., names, dates, custom designs) unless the item is defective or there was an error on my part.



2. Faulty or Incorrect Items: 

If you receive a personalised item that is damaged, defective, or does not match the details provided, please contact me within 14 days of receiving the item. I will offer a replacement or full refund upon return of the product, depending on the situation.


3. Customer Errors: 

If the personalised details you provided were incorrect or there was an error made on your part during the ordering process, I regret that I cannot accept returns or offer a refund. Please double-check all information before finalising your order.


4. Wear and Tear:

As with all products, it is understandable that items can show signs of wear over time. However, I do not accept returns or offer refunds for products that are damaged due to general wear and tear, after a 45 day period. 

Wear and tear refers to normal, everyday use of the product, which includes:

    •    Fading of fabric or print over time

    •    Scratches, scuffs, bobbling or other marks that develop through regular use

    •    Damage resulting from improper care or handling (e.g., incorrect washing or cleaning methods)

. Tears and rips due to excessive or heavy items being carried in the item (ie handbags).


If you believe your product has been damaged due to a manufacturing fault rather than general wear and tear, please contact me as soon as possible, and I will assess the issue. Please note, I  must be notified of this within 45 days of purchase. Issues after this period of time will not be covered.


5. Returning Items:

• To request a return for a faulty or incorrect personalised item, please contact me via social media or the website with your order number, and a description of the issue and clear photos of the item and issue. 

    •    All items must be returned unused and in the condition in which they were received (if applicable).

    •    The customer is responsible for the cost of return postage unless the item is faulty or I made an error.
